Service Manager - Belgium
Languages: ENGLISH and FRENCH (bilingual)
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience (Service Management)
- Good understanding of IT Service Management
- Knowledgeable on:
- Service request management process (PC provisioning, Application Scripting)
- ITIL Incident/ticket management process
- ITIL Problem management ITIL process
- Ability to drive forward important service requests from creation to completion/delivery
- Experience with analysing service data and defining data-driven action plan
- Ability to analyse service desk incident data in specific sub-areas (PC-related, Skype-related)
- Hands-on problem solver with good analysis and synthesis skills
- Proper technical education (Bachelor or Masters degree preferred)
