Description
My client, one of the leading Telecom operators in Belgium, is looking for a Senior Functional Analyst for a project about the new GDPR legislation.
You will be joining the Online Solution team which handles projects with impact within the 'online' domain.
The systems within the online portfolio consist of mainly customer facing IT applications & apps that are used to support the following business domains:
- Marketing & sales
- Customer care & self service
- Mobile apps
- Mobility solutions
The team cooperates with other teams to realize projects End-to-End including:
- BSS Sales & Customer service team - customer & product management, contact center and order intake
- BSS Rating & Billing team: pre-billing, post-billing, Real Time rating for mobile and fixed
- OSS team: technical order management & provisioning
Experience:
- Customer facing solution & integration patterns
- Analysis for custom software development
- Use case analysis and story writing within an iterative model
- Experience within the Telecom sector is a plus
- Technical background is a plus
- Dutch is essential since the team is Dutch speaker
