Our Edinburgh based financial service client urgently requires an experienced Senior Business Analyst with contact centre experience. The successful candidate will have experience of delivering contact centre programmes within financial service programmes. Ideally you will have experience of working on large integration/migration programmes, with specific experience of business readiness/implementation activity.
Key Experience Required:
*Expertise in Senior Business Analysis within financial services
*Experience of delivering contact centre programmes within banking clients
*Experience of business readiness/implementation activity
*Previous integration or migration programme knowledge
