Description

Talent International have an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join the established team in our attractive Bristol office. You will be working closely with our Senior Consultants delivering on a high number of tech roles. The earning potential is high due to business critial hires and the on-going expansion of our partnered client. We will also have clear stepping stones for the right person to progress into a Senior Resourcer role or Team lead if desired. Commission starts at 8% and moves to 10% and you should expect to make 3+ placements monthly.

Your expeience

Talent are ideally looking for an experienced Resourcer with a proven track record delivering into multiple markets across Tech/IT.

Lead Generation:
  • Be aware of different media in the vertical and pick up potential leads and follow up
  • Generate leads through
  • Candidate screening
  • Stripping CVs
  • Asking the right candidate questions
  • Confident in taking a candidate reference when required
  • Seeks opportunities to build knowledge of a client's business trends
  • Able to build rapport with candidates


Delivery
  • Successfully provides CVs that match the job spec and create interviews for the candidates
  • Understands of the main components of a contract (perm or contract)
  • Understands and adheres to the business processes associated with the recruitment cycle
  • Attends client meetings to observe
  • Observes phone calls with the candidate to understand candidate control and closing


Sourcing
  • Able to use a variety of sourcing methodologies to identify potential candidates
  • Demonstrates an understanding of search methodologies and is persistent in search approach
  • Can successfully create targeted in mails within Linked in
  • Demonstrates an understanding of a variety of different job specs and can indicate key words when undertaking a review
  • Successfully strips down a CV and can locate key words and match them against a job spec to provide a list of potential candidates
  • Successfully articulates the job brief to the candidate to create initial engagemen
