One of the leading media companies in London are looking to take on a Senior Operation Manager to work directly under the C-suite executives. This Senior Operations Manager will be an experienced project manager, operations manager or equivalent. Working daily at keeping the entire companies operations in order. The role is based around core business functions such as Business Management, HR, Budgets, and Projects etc.

Ideal candidate

• At least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience within the Entertainment industry is a bonus.
• Excellent stake holder management.
• Experience evaluating company performance.
• Has executed an entire projects from cradle to grave.
• Solid understanding of budgets, time lines, scope, gap analysis, etc.
• Has previously created and implemented new procedures and processes.
• Experience working closely with tech teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Have worked on generating financial projections.

This Senior Operations Manager will be working hand in hand with daily operations of the technical teams, marketing, sales, hr, infrastructure and creative. For this role have the above experience is critical. Due to a high response rate only candidates that meet the criteria will be contacted.
