the Salesforce Consultant role you would be consulting leading Nordic companies on sales and customer service processes. You would be configuring Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud according to customers needs. When the team grows possibility to advance into manager role.

To succeed here you need to understand our customers' business and needs, be analytical and proactive, have serious interest in customer engagement not only from traditional customer service perspective, instead how sales and customer service should be an integrated part of continues customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Consulting on customer sales and service processes
  • Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud configuration
  • Participating in business development meetings as a Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud subject matter expert.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Ability to perform Salesforce advanced admin level configuration.
  • 2+ years sales or customer service system experience (at least 1 of which is Salesforce.com).
  • Salesforce Certified Admin and/or Service Cloud Consultant
  • Sufficient knowledge in project management
  • Good communications and presentation skills
  • You are digital native, business oriented person
  • As a person you are outgoing, open minded
  • Genuine can-do attitude and good team spirit!
  • Fluent Finnish and English language skills (Swedish is a plus)
