Omni-Channel Business Analyst - Omni-Channel - Digital

Omni-Channel Business Analyst/Solution Consultant URGENTLY required for a large Omni-Channel implementation programme based in Maastricht, Netherlands. The Omni-Channel Business Analyst/Solution Consultant will be responsible for supporting the definition and implementation of a new Omni-Channel/Multi-Channel sales and order-management solution for a leading global business.

The Omni-Channel Business Analyst/Solution Consultant will be an expert in digital sales & Order Management systems, online E-commerce, Customer Experience (CX), digital adoption and customer journeys across multiple channels, devices and touchpoints.

Although based in Maastricht, Netherlands, this is an English-speaking role.

Responsibilities:

- Supporting the end-to-end implementation of the new Omni-Channel/Multi-Channel sales and order-management solution
- Business Analysis/requirement gathering and mapping of requirements to the solution
- Writing of High-Level-Design Specifications, Solution Designs & Use Cases based on Product Documentation
- Define User Interface (UI), Product Catalogue Structure, Customer Journey (CX) and User Stories
- Specifying User Experience (UX) and workflows
- Creating innovative customer solutions based on functional and technical requirements
- Stakeholder Management

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years Business Analysis/Solution Implementation experience
- Experience with Digital, Online E-commerce, Omni-Channel, Customer Experience (CX), customer journeys across multiple channels, devices and touchpoints.
- Strong experience facilitating workshops and requirement elicitation
- Experience writing functional and technical specifications
- Management and engagement of stakeholders;
- Confidently communicate between marketing and IT teams
