Job Description
- Genesys designers with experience in multi-site, large scale, resilient Genesys architectures. Capable of taking end customer requirements and translating these into testable solution designs
- Must have good documentation skills
- Experienced in managing risks and stakeholders
- Ability to get hands on' - produce documentation, build and configure Genesys platform (and supporting infrastructures, such as SBC, Tomcat/Apache etc)
- Ability to debug and diagnose faults with the deployment, and to propose solutions and options to resolve issues
- Specific Genesys skills we have gaps in: eServices, IWD
