Communications Manager - Financial Sector, Commercial Banking, Business Readiness

Our client, a large financial services organisation is looking for a Communications Change Manager to be based in their London or Banbury office for an initial 6 month contract. You will be working within a large Commercial Banking related programme with this contract paying £356-£370 per day dependent on location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and reporting on potential client and colleague change, develop their journeys to explain the change and champion the interest of impacted clients and colleagues through the change life cycle. You will be responsible for developing colleague impact communications as well as creating communication and training plans.

You will have:
* Experience of supporting colleagues and clients through change through training and communications
* Understanding Commercial Banking
* Understanding and determining the impact of change on clients and colleagues
* Experience of client and colleague impact assessments
* Establishing key messages to deliver client & colleague journeys, creating strategic communication plans and visions
* Project communication experience gained within financial sector preferably
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* The ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
