Description
Integration manager:
- Key tasks are:
- Make sure to deliver conform the PO prioritized epics
- Key focus to ensure the 5 team individual Back Logs (BL's) are in sync according to the PO priorities
- Facilitates impact analysis by the teams to estimate the impact of the epics (translating epics into PBI's for the teams)
- Creates a planning based on the estimated PBI's provided by the teams and PO priorities
- Communicates to the teams what PBI's need to be done per sprint
- Tracks progress on PBI's & manages dependencies
- Communicates to all stakeholders on planning (incl. international branch teams)
- Informs/escalates to delivery manager when teams do not deliver according to their estimates
- Reports into PB on progress
Profile
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum and DevOps
- Proven track record in 'Integrator role'
- Compliance experience is a pre
- Work experience in an international setting
