Description

I am currently looking for an Interim Head of Marketing to join an innovative technology company based in Oxfordshire.

The right candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and plans, to ensure effective communciations are delviered to consumers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a marketing plan that will support and deliver the business directives
  • Develop marketing strategies and plans for both Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing
  • Monitor Brand effectiveness and ensure marketing activities adhere to Brand Guidelines
  • Ensure all communications promote the business and their key USPs effectively
  • Drive innovation and creativity throughout the marketing team

Essential skills:

  • Successful track record in Senior Marketing positions
  • Ability to work in a small to medium sized business
  • Excellent experience in BTL marketing activities, with a strong delivery focus
  • Strong backgrounds in social media and digital marketing channels
  • Ability to manage campaigns and perform data driven campaign analysis
  • Experience in community based marketing
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
