Communications Change Manager - ID&F - Contract - Banbury
Our client is looking for a Communications Manager to join their team to work on an ID&F themed assignment within their business. The aim of the Programme is to implement a new ID&F online system which will be made available to new clients and then existing clients will be migrated to new system. The role is working as part of a migration programme team and is responsible for ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients and colleagues arising from all CB Change Management projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build an understanding of the client and colleague impacts arising from the change being planned
- Design & deliver communications to clients and colleagues to ensure they are aware of what is changing & understand the context in which the change is being made
- This role involves working with the wider programme to understand the impact of the change on Client and Colleagues, design and deliver Communication
- Understand and determine the impact of change on clients and colleagues, gaining a detailed understanding of the impacts to drive communications
- Based on detailed understanding, define and recommend the right approaches for the communication needs of Clients and each impacted business area and population
- Establish key messages to deliver client & colleague journeys, creating strategic communication plans and visions which align and maximise the potential of those journeys
- Design, create and deliver high impacting and creative client communications engaging with Data Services & Marketing to facilitate
- Assess and report on communications effectiveness
- Maintain a breadth of view of client and colleague communications and consolidate messages for maximum effect
Required Skills:
- Experience in Change Management within a Financial environment
- Proven experience in Communication Management
- Invoice Discounting and Factoring experience
- Stakeholder engagement
- Understanding of Commercial Banking
