We are actively searching for a Scrum Master (SM) who will be in charge of coordinating the different activities in the squad DevOps Continuous Testing enabler. As scrum master, the candidate will spend most of its time to facilitate and help the various stakeholders in the squad to communicate, coordinate and cooperate around the DevOps subject as well as plan the related activities according to the priorities defined by the Product Owner. In general, he/she assists the squad in delivering their products which have been determined by the Product Owner. The SM helps the squad self-organize, manage and reinforce scrum/agile practices within the squad. He/she facilitates and plans activities of squad members, coordinates activities of other stakeholders
Experience Required
- Experience as Scrum Master
- Affinity with Testing and automation
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
- Knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand team needs
- Experience within a Devops environment
- Experience of the Agile methodology
- ITIL/SDMC knowledge
