Description
Next-Link is looking for a Senior CS PM consultant for our client (big international financial services) the ideal candidate will be someone living in Geneva or in defect Switzerland, nearby areas can work too.The main task for this role would be:
- Assist the company's Customer Service through the lifecycle of new SAP functionalities implementation
- Develop new processes based on SAP standard solutions
- Delivery of assessment, gap analysis versus template, customizing, functional specifications, unitary and integrated tests, key user tests management, training delivery, change management guidance, cutover and go live support
- Strong customer service and plant maintenance knowledge:
- Notification and order management
- Measurement points
- PM QM integration: inspection lot with order
- Maintenance plan
- PLM interfaces for BOM
- Interfaces specifications and tests
- Strong integration with SD, MM, LE, FICO, retail, development and PI teams
- Ability to debug programs to perform analysis
- Adaptable personality and quick learner
- Ability to work on several projects in parallel
- English is mandatory
