Senior Campaigns Manager
Outside IR35
Hampshire based
Initial 3 month contract

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Campaigns Manager to work with my Government client based in Hampshire.
They are looking for a Senior Campaigns Manager with 7 to 10 years' large-scale, multi-channel campaigns (including broadcast) experience. Senior marketing experience within a services company (for example telecommunications, utilities or financial services) or leading government organisation is preferred.

Key deliverables during contract:
Work with head of campaigns to:
*develop the campaign strategy, plan and annual budget requirements
*establish a working relationship with the new creative/media agency and develop ways of working between teams
*work through the key KPIs and build them in to a milestone-based project plan that delivers the objectives of the project
*work with colleagues in the Insight team to develop a robust, audience-based communications plan using channel-specific messaging
*work with the project PR team and Social Media team to plan and implement an always-on social and press approach that makes this project.
*contribute to the process, system and sign-off requirements that are necessary to run a successful marketing team
*further develop campaign processes and ensure that all stakeholders are fully engaged
*embed key marketing behaviours with the new Communications team

Experience requirements
*Proven experience within a results-orientated, senior-level marketing campaigns position.
*Proven ability in the development of marketing communications strategies, and the implementation, management and development of an organisation's brand engagement and response offering.
*Experience of developing brand tracking, health and reach methodology and reporting.
*Large-scale, "broadcast" and "direct" channel campaign experience is essential to this role.
*Experience of digital and social channels would be highly advantageous.
*Experience of leading and developing a team.
*Experience with a services company (for example telecommunications, utilities, financial services), or leading government communications organisation is preferred.
*Chartered Institute of Marketing or Institute of Direct Marketing post-graduate qualifications are highly desirable.
*Google Digital Leadership training is highly desirable.

Working with a government organisation is preferred for this role.
