Description
The key objective of this role will be to lead the campaign team's efforts in delivering a successful and measurable strategy, and an engaging channel-agnostic marketing campaign to the entire population. Your main focus will be the "easier to reach" majority of the population. However, your remit will also have a significant KPI against the less media and digitally-engaged "harder to reach" audiences. In order to deliver against these objectives, working closely with the Insight team will be key. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate the use of insight, analytics and campaign optimisation in campaign development and execution. If the individual can also show that this resulted in an increase in engagement or response - it will be a significant factor to being successful in any applications which are made to this role.
Experience requirements:
*Proven experience within a results-orientated, senior-level marketing campaigns position.
*Proven ability in the development of marketing communications strategies, and the implementation, management and development of an organisation's brand engagement and response offering.
*Experience of developing brand tracking, health and reach methodology and reporting.
*Large-scale, "broadcast" and "direct" channel campaign experience is essential to this role.
*Experience of digital and social channels would be highly advantageous.
*Experience of leading and developing a team.
*Experience with a services company (for example telecommunications, utilities, financial services), or leading government communications organisation is preferred.
*Chartered Institute of Marketing or Institute of Direct Marketing post-graduate qualifications are highly desirable.
*Google Digital Leadership training is highly desirable.
