Description
Sales Incentive Analyst required to join a client based in Central London on a 6-month contract.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee changes to Commission targets/reference data (ie Joiner/Leavers) with HR, Finance, Business Ops, and Sales management
- Ensure annual/quarterly targets and payments are accurately reported on a quarterly basis
- Monthly reconciliation, variance analysis and adjustment processing
- Quarterly Balanced scorecard management for attainment and commission calculation
- Perform Quarterly commission calculations, prepare and present quality commissions analysis pack to Sales Management & Finance for Review and Sign off
- Coordinate Communication to Stakeholders (Sales, Finance, HR, Bus Ops) regarding Policy Changes, adjustment impacts and other ad hoc work streams
- Responsible for the publication, coordination and adherence of the Commissions Operating timetable
- Perform Ad hoc UAT for system enhancement projects
Technical/Professional Skills & Competencies:
Essential Skills:
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Excel ability to manipulate pivot tables and formulas and produce graphs and charts for data analysis
- Proven experience in Finance/Accounting
- Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- High Customer Focus and satisfactions awareness and ability to work under pressure
- Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to capture low level detail and present in an efficient high level format using excel
- Ability to perform under established policies and perform with a sense of urgency in order to meet aggressive deadlines
- Good organisational skills and ability to understand workflow and priorities
- Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot with elements of ambiguity
- Ability to capture process knowledge at a granular level but also able to deviate from a rigid process when a work around is required whilst maintaining key controls
Desired Skills:
- Working Knowledge of internal Systems (Varicent/CRM System/Salesforce)
- Proven ability to interact with management and influence outcomes
- Sales Commissions experience or other incentive compensation experience

Education/Certifications:
- Two plus years' progressive finance, data or operations experience
