Description
A leading player in the telco sector has a need for a strong Genesys Engineer to support the growth on an initial 6 month contract.
The initial need is to assist in the development of thr Genesys call centre program.
It's a hands-on technical role with responsibilities across the Contact Centre and voice platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing solutions proposed and developed by others to ensure they meet platform requirements for scale-ability and support-ability
- Analysis and documentation of business requirements relating to the Genesys contact centre platform
- Working closely with project management, testers and support staff to ensure solutions are delivered on time and to the required quality standards
- Provide customer facing consultancy across the entire Genesys suite throughout design and delivery to ensure customer expectations are met and technical dependencies understood
- Designing solutions that add business value while ensuring future flexibility and scale-ability
- Up-skilling staff to enable self-service capabilities within the business
