Description
My client, a leading bank, is looking for complaints handlers, reviewers, and analysts for a new programme they are running out.
Candidates must have commercial lending experience, working with SME companies, and/or relationship management experience in banking.
Candidates must have previous banking experience working within complaints, with the customer complaints framework and risk management. Candidates must have strong analysis skills and have an understanding of lending or have a relevant accounting or legal qualification.
Candidates must have previous experience working in busy environments with tight deadlines.
