The client is a major player in financial services. The right candidate will be initiated as a Conduct & Risk SME with the Proposition team and will responsible for the management of a range of pensions and investment products sold within the organisation. The role will involve assessing the current product range to ensure they meet customer expectations.
The successful candidates will have experience in:
- Demonstrable experience of risk/compliance roles that support the life, pensions and investments arena
- Pensions product knowledge
- Financial Services regulatory compliance project experience
- Evaluating and assessing customer communication material for the product range
- Documentation of existing customer outputs
- Outline customer communication standard
- Recommending and delivering continuous improvements within the customer outputs world.
