Senior Financial Analyst/Beerse, Belgium/3 months Contract/Up to 57 EUR (Per Hour)
Currently, the organization has a vacancy in its financial department for a Senior Financial Analyst position, with focus on supporting the Clinical Supply Chain. This position has high exposure to senior business leaders and will be based in Beerse, Belgium.
Your key responsibilities:
* Providing business partner support to global PDMS functions.
* Understanding the business and being actively engaged in key business challenges, decisions and opportunities.
* Coordinating the budgeting process for your business partners: budgeting, forecasting and management of expenses, headcount and capital.
* Challenging business assumptions, developing business cases and guide capital appropriation requests.
* Translate complex (financial) concepts into value-added insights towards senior business leaders.
* Quarterly closing processes and Sarbanes-Oxley testing. Meeting with departmental heads and their management teams to discuss financial results, variances, headcount, capital and time compliance.
* Lead the affiliate reporting and budgeting process within PDMS
* Be the Single Point of Contact for the affiliate finance teams.
* Work closely and effectively partner with senior finance in Janssen R&D and business leaders within PDMS across the globe.
* Advising the Finance & PDMS management teams on proposed investments and savings initiatives.
