Compliance, Training & Business Services Specialist at PTDS (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Collaborate with different stakeholders and ensure management of interfaces as a compliance business partner for Local Quality Managers
- Maintain training concept (perform assessments, maintain training matrix, maintain Pharmschul, KPI Reports, create training plans, perform trainings, arrange trainings, document and track trainings)
- Maintain CAPAs in TrackWise & coordinate and track defined activities
- Review and evaluate PQS (Pharma Quality System) documents (create Local Impact Assessments) and coordinate necessary implementation activities
- Maintain SOP Concept and provide compliance and training support for SOP-writing
- Provide GMP Audits and Inspection Support & ensure inspection readiness within the area of responsibility
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life science or Healthcare or equivalent
- Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in GMP Compliance, GMP Documentation, GMP Training Services
- High level of quality and lean mindset
- Well organized, flexible and customer-friendly team player
- Excellent GMP knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication in German and English
