Your tasks:
- Data Management and reporting (SAP e-learning management, credit management, LSO support)
- Scorecard reporting and enquiries
- Production transfer of SCORM packages (including quality assurance)
- Ad-hoc reporting
- JIRA Incident Management
- Data conversion (from SAP to WD)
Your qualifications
- Advanced Excel know-how
- Knowledge in multi-dimensional data analysis (SSRS, SAP or equivalent)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems/SCORM/JIRA is a plus
- SAP certification is preferred
