UK Partnership Services Activation Manager

My client who are a leading online ticketing corporation are looking for a Partnership Activation Manager. Due to company's growth and current workload, they are looking for someone who will be able to assist the Senior Partnership Activation manager in the day to day management of these accounts.

  • Day to day management for the various music, sports, talent, promoter and venue partnership accounts including building relationships with partners, implementing & activating all contract deliverables, maximizing assets, and reporting on results.
  • Current UK Partnerships include: AEG (The O2, SSE Wembley Arena),Matchroom Boxing, Anthony Joshua, Everton Football Club, Northampton Saints Rugby, Premiership Rugby Final, World Boxing Super Series, Giants Live and Global Radio.
  • Organise, activate & maximise contractual deliverables including but not limited to IP rights, digital, social, in-venue, offline media, promotions, hospitality events, ticket distribution.
  • Grow, foster and maintain excellent relationships with partners - properties, rights holders, and agencies.
  • Work collaboratively with the various internal functions and external agencies to ensure all marketing, SEO, digital, social and PR channels are maximised to promote partner campaigns.
  • Develop and launch results-oriented partnership marketing campaigns to ensure initiatives align with overall corporate and marketing strategies.
  • Navigate cross functionally to effectively schedule, create, implement and track assets.
  • Work closely with the Partner Services Operation Manager, the product and customer service teams to ensure all primary and secondary ticketing elements of the partnerships are delivered to the partner's requirements including but not limited to on sales.
  • Maintain internal documents for Business Development teams with up to date information regarding current partners and key campaign reports.
  • Manage contractual payments schedule and processing as well as tracking actual for partner primary and secondary sales.
  • Management of The O2 VIP licenses including scheduling and sharing of event information to key internal stakeholders.
  • Challenge standard definitions of sponsorship activation and account management to bring new approaches and innovative ideas.

The ideal candidate will have most of but not necessarily all of the below:

  • University degree with relevant working experience.
  • Experience in the ticketing industry and ticketing products is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Experience managing the creative development process from concept through to implementation
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce and Internet based business
  • A strong sporting/media background is a plus
  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time; including weekends
