Description
Cutover Expert/Cutover Manager/Migration Manager with at least 10 years' experience within BSS migration/cutover and been involved in 2+ successful migration/cut-over projects.
High-level English.
Responsibilities:
1) Develops detailed cutover solution, approach, checklist incorporating both technical operations and business tasks.
2) Develops and maintenance detailed project management of the cutover and resolving discrepancies or process issues related to cutover
3) Responsible for ensuring successful planning and execution of integrated release cutover activities and associated system outages
4) Plans the resources, human and physical required for cut-over activities.
5) Develops the war room logistics, communication and escalation plan and war room documentation. (Policies, procedures, downtime processes)
6) Provides Cutover status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders Involved in coordination of Legacy shut down activities prior to Epic activation
7) Ensures entry into and exit out of cutover stage gates are met including the final Go/No-Go meetings
8) Leads cutover activities for Pre Cutover, Cutover and Post Cutover
9) Works closely with the workgroups to document the cutover plan for each application
10) Coordinates requirements for cutover including staffing and overall logistics
