Description
Our Glasgow based financial service client urgently requires an experienced Implementation Analyst with extensive implementation and readiness experience within the financial services sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and managing the implementation approach alongside the Implementation Lead
- Applying analytical techniques in order to define and communicate business readiness requirements
- Managing and governing the requirements throughout the project life cycle to ensure they meet the business needs
In order to be successful in this new contracting opportunity, candidates must demonstrate the following core skills and experience:
- Strong implementation and business readiness experience gained within financial sector - preferably Retail Banking
- Proven implementation experience across IT or Business Change related projects and programmes
- A proven track record working within agile and waterfall methodologies
- Excellent people, communication & Stakeholder Management abilities - must be able to work as part of a team and quickly build strong relationships with key Suppliers & Stakeholders
