SALESFORCE CONSULTANT
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Salesforce consultant for a project in the Hague, the Netherlands.
Your role within this project will start ASAP preferably and will last until the 31st of March 2018. Extensions after this date are very likely.
Your responsibilities include:
- Analyze client business and translate customer needs into Salesforce solution
- Guiding the team to success and coach junior colleagues
- Verify that the solution fulfills the customer requirements
Required skills:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Preferably Salesforce certified Sales or Service Cloud Consultant (as applicable)
- Execution of workshops to validate and define relevant end-to-end processes and use cases and extract the affected process steps
- Enrich the existing process definitions with industry best-practices and Salesforce examples to improve the business value of the future solution
- Validation and review of the existing business requirements and deduction of new and additional requirements from the process design
- Support create/refine user stories
- Create/validate user acceptance test cases
- Ability to fluent communicate with the customer in Dutch
