Organisational Change Manager
Our client is looking to on-board an experienced Organisational Change Manager with five to ten years' demonstrable Organisational Change and Communications Management experience.
This is a 12month contract position and will be located in Dublin city centre,Ireland.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop a change management strategy based on an understanding of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
- Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
- Evaluate the organisations readiness for change and present the evaluation in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
- Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior management and other relevant key stakeholders
- Help the lines of business to develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including communications, coaching, education/training and resistance management plans.
- Support the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding/experience in organisational change in engagement IT and business functions and stakeholders.
- Strong project management process and methodology experience
- Strong experience in identifying business impacts and organisational risks to people, process and technology.
- Organisational Change Management qualification (Prosci Practitioner - preferably)
- End-to-end Organisational Change Management experience
- Working within Project Management Office aligning change management plans
- Business & IT Organisational Change
- Digital Transformation
- Business Impact and Readiness reviews Experience managing budgets for OCM
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Word and PowerPoint and MS Project, Excel data analysis techniques and MS Visio
