Responsibilities
* Hands-on capabilities include: blueprinting, configuring, testing and go-live support for Organisational Payroll, and Time Management.
* Experience in the development of Business Process model, End user training, and Documentation.
* Configuration of Payroll, Benefits, Deductions, Third Party Remittance and Taxes to streamline the payroll calculation process.
* Payroll: Wage Types, Processing Time Data, Payments and Deductions, Schemas, Functions, Calculation Rules, Internal Tables, Cumulating, Storage, Deductions, Taxes, Benefits/Payroll Integration, Garnishments, Bank Transfers/Direct Deposits, Third Party Remittance and Off-Cycle Processing.
* Taxes: Tax Tables, Tax info types, Tax related processing classes, Tax Areas, Tax Authorities, and Taxability models for Egypt Payroll.
* Time Management: Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, Time Recording (Substitutions, Absences, Absence Counting, Absence Quotas, Leave Entitlement, Overtime, and Availability), Generating Time Evaluation Reports, Updating Time Management Info types and CATS.
* Experience with Benefit wage type's characteristics, defining the Employee, Employer, pre-tax/post tax wage types for all the benefit plans.
* SAP HCM Egypt Payroll exposure is Must
Requirements
* 5+ years experience in HCM module.
* Knowledge of Success factor
* Experience in Schema
* Strong knowledge of OM-PA-TM-PY is mandatory. Other areas are beneficial.
* Demonstrated experience with large Enterprise ERP implementations in the areas of business design specification, develop and performing tuning in business process.
* Experience in BW/BI BOBJ business is a plus
* Must be proactive, flexible.
* Good communication skills in English
