Description
My client based in South Wales are urgently looking for a Financial Administrator to join the team on a contract basis for 6 months initially.
The suitable Financial Administrator will require the following skills and experience.
*Prepare usage reports for transfer pricing
*Prepare TCO costs for additional applications to be added to transfer pricing
*Introduce backing sheet to IT invoices with local finance teams where not already implemented
*Ensure the fixed asset registers held by local finance are updated regularly with IT disposals
*Work with the Hardware analyst to ensure all required financial information is included in the Asset record in asset database
*Run reports from asset DB as required
*Invoices for software to be sent on receipt to our SAM partner and as part of monthly data collection for other locations
IT Controlling Support
*P2P (Procure to Pay) accounting support
*Financial advice to budget holders
*Invoice support:
oSupport GRNs creation
oLiaise with relevant stakeholders to enable timely payment
*Preparation of weekly Budget Management Report (PO report)
Required Essential Skills
*Very good at working with Excel
*Oracle P2P system knowledge a plus (can be learnt)
*Understanding of financial terminology
*Able to communicate well orally and written
*Work with people from different cultures
*Self-motivated
