Description
A new 3 month contract opportunity is currently on offer for an ICT Training officer to join our Queensland State Government client based in Brisbane CBD.
The ICT Training Officer will be required to provide expertise in the development of quality training material, deliver and produce training communications to support the implementation the projects Governance Framework.
Further to this, you will be required to undertake the following key responsibilities as required:
- Develop training coursework and support materials to enable both face-to-face and on-line delivery methods.
- Assist with the development of the training plan and training needs analysis.
- Develop and maintain the training schedule and deliver training as required.
- Develop and deliver targeted communication on training activities
- Work closely with the team to support timeframes for deliverables.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with project stakeholders.
- Promote an effective working culture by ensuring knowledge is captured and shared.
To be carefully considered for this role, you will be required to demonstrate the following key skill set as requested:
- Cert IV Training and Assessment
- Graphic design skills
- E-learning training development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work and collaborate within a team environment
