Responsibilities
- FTTH E2E Fulfillment consulting capabilities, focusing on the service fulfillment business & operation consulting, and providing effective support and guidance for the FTTH network operation.
- Familiar with the main OSS vendor's features of service fulfillment, be able to design the OSS solutions, and with effectively ways to beat competitors.
- For different OSS fulfillment component, understand the functional of each module, value highlights.
- Be responsible for the OSS fulfillment solution presentation and clarification during the Summit, exhibition, and customer engagement and bidding activities.
- Have strong customer presentation capability, and make competitive OSS comprehensive solutions through the key information.
- Priority for working experience with FTTH project of service provisioning or working in Operator for FTTH service provisioning department.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or Above
- 8+ Years fixed network service provisioning consulting, OSS fulfillment system solution design, solution deployment experience. FTTH business package design analysis, competitor analysis, familiar with BP design and ROI analysis, government policy interpretation, etc.
- Executive job experience such as Chief Technology Officer level in fixed network operators and International experience preferre
- End-to-end service provisioning process consulting and OSS fulfillment system solution design ability
- Deep understanding of the service provisioning market and industry trends, operator challenges
- Strong knowledge of service provisioning solution, Including OSS pre-sale/consulting/construction/service solution design/layout/implementation/delivery

- Must have service provisioning consulting, OSS system solution design, competitor analysis, BP design and ROI analysis
- Strong business communication skills with C-level customers
- Strong technical communication abilities with director, manager and engineers
- Excellent written and oral English and Spanish communication skills
