Finance Trainer
The Core Finance Trainer will have experience working within a finance systems support or Finance System/PMS implementation team with responsibility for designing, developing and delivering training programmes to support the deployment of new or updated systems.
The role will have an understanding of such projects and the aims, objectives and outcomes required. They will have strong communication and organisational skills to help plan a programme of work to deliver a training programme to the global audience.
Key Skills;
- 2-3 years experience and Elite 3 experience is a must
- Knowledge of relevant Finance and Practice Management systems - TRE 3e
- Experience of working on a complex systems change programme
- Experience in defining and developing training and knowledge materials for large change projects/programmes
