Role - Senior Business Architecture Lead
Duration - 6 months
Location - Edinburgh/Bristol
Programme & Project Overview
- Business Architects own the design integrity across a business or a business unit, developing the Target Operating Model (TOM) to align with the business strategy. They also work across large change programmes, taking accountability for ensuring that projects deliver a scope and business solution that is in line with the TOM, the agreed business design principles and other in-flight projects.
Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Deliverables
- You will use the insights you gain to shape and align change programmes, govern business design activities, and develop and maintain operating models across the organisation, thus ensuring that the strategy is delivered cohesively, efficiently and effectively through its business change initiatives, and ultimately improving the way we do business.
Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- To succeed you'll need previous experience in a Business Architecture role, covering a scale of change of at least £25m.
- Strong interpersonal skills will be essential.
- Required capabilities include: Strategic Thinking, Organisational Awareness and Market Context, Change Management, Business Design (Architecture), Business Acumen, Rick Compliance and Regulatory Management, Delivering Results, Collaborative Working and Communication and Impact.
- Travel will be required
