Proteus Europe is searching for a BI Project Manager speaking Dutch available to work in a long term contract fopr one of our clients in Belgium.Our Client :-

Your New role :-
You will be planning, monitoring and execution of the Business Intelligence projects in the Darwin program.
Over the next 2 years, the Darwin program will be changing the CSS and BSS layer of company in a phased approach. The change of these data sources has a big impact on the Data Warehouse and will result in new reporting needs.
Characteristics of these Projects are:
- Scope has to be defined clearly.
- Possible impact on legacy systems and on processes, incl change mgmt.
- Dependencies are usually within the same organization and/or IT related
-High stakes for the department, LT level stakeholders.
- Projects will be executed in strong partnership with Data Architecture, BI Solutions, BI Business and the Business Offices.
- Strict project governance is needed.
The - normal- cross-functional delivery practices used for standard Projects are sufficient. The PM uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. The PM is responsible for ensuring on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs

Knowledge must make it possible:
- to identify impact on the existing BI landscape,
- to align with stakeholders in the Company and the Company Group organisation,
- to set-up proper project governance,
- to lead the teams to deliver future proof BI solutions taking into account different expectations and respecting guidelines set by the Data Architecture team,
- to challenge each of the impacted teams, solutions and plans,
- to identify dependencies and conflicts between different projects.
- to coordinate and execute all phases in the entire project lifecycle, especially with regard to analysis, delivery, testing, default resolution and roll out to the Business Offices (in case of new reports/dashboards).
