Description
Large banking entity is in need of a FATCA & CRS Consultant with experience of supporting the implementation of Tax policy, procedures and reporting solutions across the bank.
Client is looking for an individual to provide insight and advise colleagues of good practice in order to raise awareness, promote actions and mitigate & control risks
Responsibilities could include:
- Provide guidance and advice to management regarding tax transparency
- Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and standards. ie FATCA, CRS
- Support specialist technical recommendations,
- Identify and assess Risk
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
