Your tasks:
- The area Platform On-boarding & Transition is responsible for SAP Platform on-boardings incl. infrastructure setup and/or migration, implementation, service transition to SAP operations etc.
- The consultant will act as reference person for potential and existing internal customers using SAP systems
- Responsible for planning and coordinating the implementation of systems and interfaces and the service transitions
- Setup of new service delivery models, coordinate knowledge transfer, structure the usage of new tools and processes according to ITIL processes
- Align all relevant stakeholders such as application support and governance team etc.
Your qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of MS applications
- SAP know-how
- Extended experience in ITIL
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of service delivery model
- Background in banking/finance
- Very good English and German skills
