I am currently looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join an established yet growing business based in Chertsey. The right candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering the Internal Communications function for the global sales area of the business. The role will also offer the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the Internal Communications strategy and channel usage
- Develop and deliver a wide range of Internal Communications
- Ensure Communications are both engaging and accurate
- Create internally focussed speeches for senior stakeholders
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to ensure effective and on-time delivery of Communications
Essential skills:
- Strong Internal Communications experience, both strategic and delivery
- Experience within a sales function, or sales-integrated role
- Experience of working in a global or large-scale organisation
- Ability to offer insight into Internal Communications best practice and channel usage
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- A methodical approach, with strong attention to detail
