Your New role:-
Our client has entered a transformation process with one of its largest customers.
During this period we have to convert the transactional print volume of this customer from a cutsheet to a full color continious feed production, this results in a lower cost price for the client as well as a more attractive sales price to the customer.
This change must be done in a shared service center environment where other transactional of the client and repro customers are served.
The complexity of this transformation is spread over 3 different protected domains where GMC is the central platform. Through GMC, all different workflows of all transactional the client shared service center customers are set up and maintained. This customer must therefore be included and activated in this.
After analysing the current print streams, a clear picture must be created about resource planning. Together with the professional services CPS outbound teamleader, the analysts will have to be directed towards this transformation.
The Project Manager is responsible for bringing this change to a satisfactory conclusion and reporting to the client Head of Professional Services.
He/She will have to be able to draw up a good schedule and follow it up, and be able to manage a virtual team and have clear communication with the end customer
Your Skills and Qualifications:-
Essential Skills:-
-Bachelors Degree
Preferred- Business, Information Technology, Service Outsourcing
Professional Certifications:
Preferred PMI, PRINCE, ITIL or has aspirations to obtain these.
Candidate Background:
-Substantial experience leading projects for service outsourcing to required scope, quality, timescale and budget.
- Experience of managing projects in a small to medium outsourced contract environment.
-Highly proficient with Microsoft Project.
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels of seniority, both formally and informally.
- Able to demonstrate effective and successful contributions to team and/or cross-functional team objectives.
-Previous experience of managing a team of people in a team leader environment or as a project leader.
- Demonstrate competency in maintaining project documents using approved methodology, tools, and templates.
-Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects including schedules, budgets, and project deliverables.
- Change management experience.
-Ability to identify, quantify and articulate risk.

Minimum Dutch and English
Desirable Skills:-
French
