Your tasks:
- Develop the conversion from Estimate to Control budget, by using standard WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
- Manage the original budget and estimating design allowances in conjunction with the site team & EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management)
- Set-up and control of cost report, maintaining a consistent approach to reporting across the portfolio of projects taking into account Capex & Opex costs
- Develop, monitor and maintain overall Monthly Project Cost Reports including: cost budgeting/forecasting/reporting, progress measurement/schedule status
Your qualifications
- Very experienced in project scheduling
- Expertise in pharmaceutical industries of advantage
- Working knowledge of progress measurement methods and understanding of earned value systems
- Understanding of Resource Loaded Schedules and Front-End Loading Processes (FEL1)
- Commissioning & Qualification scheduling
- Primavera (P6)
