Salesforce Solution Architect - IT/CRM/OSS/BSS/Vlocity
Our global client is undergoing a radical digital transformation programme to leverage omnichannel experiences and create a competitive advantage through digital selling capabilities and 24/7 customer self care.
We require a Salesforce Solution Architect to join the project to ensure the design and technical integration activities are conducted to industry best practice.
You will work on the design and implementation of a new CRM Salesforce platform.
Previous experience of working in large enterprise environments is essential.
Experience with Vlocity is desirable.
You will have strong stakeholder management experience and solid experience of current technologies and architectural principles.
