My Client are a reputable, growing IT Consulting partner who have won a huge project to develop and deliver a brand new salesforce service cloud instance to one of their flagship clients. Their Belgian office was founded in 2010 and they now have over 350 employees working within private sector clients (mainly the banking and insurance industries).
They are now recruiting to strengthen its project resources within Belgium and as a result of winning this project, they are looking for a senior business analyst to help them with this project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify needs, define functional requirements, identify the client needs and plan a systematic approach to the implementation.
Analysing and writing the business & functional requirements to provide necessary support to the product managers
Review operational & business processes, then apply these changes that have been distinguished.
Describe internal & external communication plan, write communication documents.
Support Project Manager for project management activities
Helping to deliver business requirements as and when required by the project manager
REQUIREMENTS
Educated to a master's degree level
8 years of relevant experience at a Business Analyst level
At least worked on one salesforce implementation, ideally on the service cloud
PMO knowledge and Project management experience is essential
Functional knowledge of salesforce business processes, especially sales, marketing and service
Worked with Force.com previously
Good understanding of the features included on the standard salesforce edition
An up-to-date understanding of solutions available on the Appexchange
Ability to work hands on and individually
Working knowledge of Dutch and English
Experience on international projects
Results oriented person
