Description
PEX Change Lead wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Academic degree or equivalent along with 8+ years' working experience in Process Optimization within Change or Transformation Management
- 5+ years' background as a project manager or consultant, with experience in leading change teams
- Expertise in Private Banking and Wealth Management according with good knowledge of operational processes
- Competency of Process Optimization, Continuous Improvement, Robotics Process Automation, Target Operating Model design, Business Process Management (BPM) or Agile
- Qualification of lean 5 lenses or certification in Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Conducting PEX initiatives including optimization projects and Target Operating Model design for efficiency benefits and quantifiable effectiveness
- Analyzing transformational levers across the 5 lenses as well as leading opportunity assessments and identifying suitable automation processes
- Identifying automation solutions in collaboration with Digital PEX engagement leads and solution design specialists
- Training key stakeholders for lean management roles as well as project teams on tools and methods deployment, and line managers with implementation of the company PEX Way
