One of the worlds leading data center providers is seeking a Spanish speaking HR Change Manager (part time) to assist them with a company integration project. This is a part time role and the organisation is seeking candidates who are willing to work a maximum of 3 days per week for an initial 6 month contract.

About the Spanish speaking HR Change Manager (part time) role:

The organisation is currently in the process of integrating a large acquisition in Spain/Portugal. The purpose of this role is to shape, lead and implement the change management approach and People Change for this integration programme to enable the organisation to meet its objectives through increased adoption of changes, the development of new cultures and behaviours; and through building the capabilities required for the proposed new organisation.

As a leader within the team, this role will provide leadership, coaching and development to change managers and stakeholders within the EMEA business.

The successful role holder will specialise in leading change, communications and learning for HR Transformations however the sort of roles she or he has played in these change programmes is vital.

Key skill set required:

  • Fluent Spanish speaking key and non negotiable (business proficient)
  • Proven experience leading HR Change Management approach and projects
  • Experience coaching/guiding workstreams to capture the change impacts and turn these into CCL plans so that the changes are understood, delivered and Embedded with the end result of the people changing the way they work.

Please note this is a 6 month contract and the successful candiadte will be expected to work part time 3 days a week.
