Description

Migrations Batch Manager required to join our Financial Services Client for an initial 11 month contract based in Edinburgh.

This is a contract role which can pay up to £284/day.

This role is required to provide progress assurance to Readiness and Migrations teams working on the migration of our Client's Commercial Banking Customers from Legacy channels to a new strategic on-line channel.

To be considered for this role, applicants should have the following skills:
* Project Management
* Migrations understanding/Experience
* Client focussed.
* Flexible, ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and drive front-line colleagues to achieve targets.
* Risk and Issue identification, active management and escalation to senior stakeholders where appropriate.
* Excellent Stakeholder Management, including experience progress reporting to key stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve the end to end process, risk & controls and increase efficiency.
* Delivering Change and Improvement - Support/Manage the delivery of small change initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
* MS Office (Word & Excel)
* Work collaboratively.
* Demonstrate leadership qualities including confidence and ability to listen to others.
* Experience of Sharepoint and Content Management Systems (eg Teamsite)

LEAN accreditation is desirable
