One of the leading manufacturing companies is currently seeking for a Quality Analyst to work on a 6 month rolling contract in Budapest, Hungary.
As a Quality Analyst you will be required to be experienced within the following:
- Good understanding of Quality Analysis with respect to Project and Processes.
- Should have experience as QA in any technical process.
- Experience of process change management.
- Experience in working with offshore team a must.
As a Quality Analyst, you will be required to have skills/competencies within the following:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required; ability to explain complicated processes and concepts to non-experts across various teams and management levels.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, combined with strong business judgment.
- Prepared to coach, lead and train internal teams/task forces.
- Strong system modelling, process and documentation skills.
- Prepared to question and suggest areas for improvement along with possible solutions.
- Must be extremely well organized and capable of handling multiple projects and ad-hoc requests for information simultaneously.
- High levels of enthusiasm, commitment, and energy required.
- Knowledge of systems development life cycles and systems development methodologies.
- A general understanding of business areas.
