Sopra Steria Recruitment is working in partnership with a major client in the UK. We are currently recruiting a Commercial officer based in Corsham for 9 months contract initially with possible extension.
The post will support and augment the Authority's commercial team skill set and be responsible for the delivery of key commercial activities in the SDW Assessment Phase to Review Note, as a minimum activities will include:
- The current commercial strategy and identify criteria for performance monitoring, incentivisation, liabilities, commercial risks, commercial models etc.
- Support to any competition levelling activity.
- Preparation, development and drafting of Dynamic Pre-Qualification Questionnaire documentation and evaluation criteria.
- Drafting and development of negotiation and engagement strategies.
- Develop contract terms and conditions including supporting contract schedules, securing support from colleagues and specialists as necessary.
- Preparation, drafting and collating Invitation to Negotiate tender documentation.
- Developing rigorous and robust tender evaluation and selection processes complying with government
