Job Description:
Summary: Looking for Requirements Engineer, you will play a decisive role in the effective and efficient development and advancement of client's infusion pumps and associated accessories. This is a challenging and exciting position.
Responsibilities:
- He / She will support product management to gather the needs and expectations of customers, to perform user interviews, to validate products, to ensure usability and to develop release strategies.
- Responsible to describe, analyze and manage requirements during the entire product life cycle.
- Responsible to support R&D to describe specifications and test scenarios.
- He / She are responsible to build trustful communication and collaboration across customers and peers.
- Develop and ensure requirement engineering best practices and efficient processes.
- Support Quality Management to implement necessary regulatory standards.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer.
- At least 3 years' experience in requirements engineering, preferably in medical devices
- Proactive, able to work under pressure, assertive, people integration abilities.
- Willing to travel (Europe).
- Experience / Knowledge of medical regulatory requirements such as 13485, 14971, 62304, 62366 and 60601
- Very good verbal and written German and English.
Nice to have:
- High flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
- Prior experience working in Pharma or Medical Domain.
- Experience in IoT products, big data utilization, digitalization of user workflows.
Education: Bachelor or Master Degree.
Languages: Fluent English and German language.
