Your tasks:
- Management of large testing programs
- Coordinate with various workstream managers and technology directors to understand the landscape and develop the business scenarios for F2B tests
- Managing a team of business testers and coordinate the execution of F2B testing during the F2B testing phase
- Coordinating Dress Rehearsal, managing & coordinating UAT and/or production tests
Your qualifications
- Extensive experience in management of large testing programs (e.g. Erasmus, FATCA)
- Knowledge of the CIB business is beneficial
- Experience driving very large scale E2E scenarios for testing
- Capable of deriving the business scenarios that need to be executed as part of the F2B testing for F-SIP landscape
- Excellent experience managing large stakeholders across multiple business lines
- Experience coordinating Dress Rehearsal, managing & coordinating UAT and/or production tests is an added advantage
- Experience with Banking, Cash Management, Project Management
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Experience with SQL Programming is an advantage
