Our Financial Services client urgently require a Client Relationship Manager on an Online Migration Programme. The role of the CRM is to provide clients with support and guidance through their migration journey from the Bank's existing online platforms to the new channel
Key Skills:
The ideal candidate needs to be pro-active in their face to face and remote engagement with clients regarding changes
